After watching Ken Robinson's TED Talk about education, express your thoughts on how his views do/do not relate to the concept of Genius Hour. What about Ken Robinson's views do you agree/disagree with?
I agree with the concept of over working our memories and not testing our skill is learning and comprehending the material that we are "learning". The only benefits to studying for one day and taking a test after we have just covered the material is practicing memorization. That's why genius hour is great for us because we dive deeper into understanding the material that we want to learn about. We are not forced to choose a topic and memorize facts about it.
